How We Work For You!

The ORCHA Yearbook - now booking ad space for the next Yearbook!!
The ORCHA publishes a Yearbook recapping the show season. It will include the 2010 Year End results, the 2011 event schedule, a Breeder's and Trainer's directory, a description of classes for spectators and ADVERTISING SPACE. This publication is a "must have" for all of our members, competitors and spectators. The valuable references and information inside ensures that they will want to hold on to it and refer to it often, making it a great place retailers to advertise their products & services. This publication is distributed at all ORCHA events and available for local retailers and distributed at Congress. Description: 8 ½ x 11; Full color glossy cover pages; B/W inside. Deadline is February 1, 2011; just in time for distribution at our year end awards banquet to be held at the end of February.

Ohio Cow Horse Newsletter
The ORCHA publishes a bi-monthly newsletter that is sent to members. Current & past newsletters are posted online.

Press Releases
The ORCHA sends out periodic press releases to more than 20 associations, newspapers, and trade publications. Every press release sent will contain the names of each major sponsor. For a list of press releases that have been published, Click Here

Email Blaster
Before each Ohio RCHA show, an email blaster is sent out to over 1,000 email addresses to help promote the show and the list keeps growing! Major & Affiliate Level Sponsor logos with links to their web site are included on each email. Stats show that over 75% of the emails sent are read within 2 days and have readers back to our site.

Henderson Arena
All of our 2010 events will be held at Henderson Arena in Jackson, Ohio, the premier facility in Southern Ohio. We have 6 weekend events scheduled for 2010. All will be NRCHA sanctioned. We are also going to hold an NRCHA Sanctioned Bridle Spectacular in May and a Futurity & Derby in October.

Customized Arena Banners provided by the sponsors will be displayed at all shows, functions, and clinics of the Ohio RCHA.

If vendor needs a webpage to display several items for sale, ORCHA will provide one for an additional $65/year. The page can be updated weekly.

Vendor Space
Vendor spaces are available at shows and clinics for $40 per day. May be subject to venue approval. Typical shows include several members of the association plus many spectators, sponsors, and venue representatives.
